SEI is seeing to hire a HR Information Systems Analyst - Payroll Specialist who will bridge the work between the payroll (Dayforce) and human capital management (Workday) systems. This includes monitoring activities across the various global payroll groups, improving processes between each system and providing support to SEI employees. This role must create new processes between SEI Payroll, Workforce Benefits and Development teams. By continuing to drive process improvements, SEI employees will gain clarity of all the corporate employee tools used to manage their compensation, benefits, retirement savings, career, continuing education and training. In addition, this position will work with members of the HRIS team to own and deliver process improvement, system enhancements, dashboards and tools required by SEI leadership. What you will do: This role will provide the governance of data between both the HCM (Workday) and payroll / benefits (Dayforce) systems. In addition, this role will create, run and continuously automate the support model for Payroll, Workforce Development and Benefits activities. This role will also drive system improvements across all HRIS systems and lead projects with key vendors. This individual serves as a point of contact for HR related technologies, and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, data analytics and analyzing data flows for process improvement.
