As a Junior Developer, you'll gain hands-on experience in front-end development by contributing to the creation and enhancement of websites, digital forms, and business applications that make a real impact. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, self-driven, and passionate about development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential. Experience with C# or a strong desire to grow in C# development is highly desired. Location Baton Rouge, Louisiana Responsibilities Assist with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Support development tasks, including work with C# and .NET-based systems. Participate in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of websites and digital applications. Collaborate closely with senior developers, quality assurance analysts, project managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions. Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues. Contribute ideas and feedback in team discussions around user experience, accessibility, and system improvements. Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with front-end frameworks or libraries like jQuery and Bootstrap is a plus. Experience with C# or a strong interest and motivation to develop C# skills. Strong self-motivation, initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow as a developer. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
