We are seeking an experienced intellectual property litigation or litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Intellectual Property Litigation group. Key Responsibilities Include: * Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents including pleadings and legal correspondence. * E-File and serve pleadings and discovery, as appropriate. * Monitor and facilitate intake of new matters, conflict searches, and process invoices and reimbursements. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, responsible for ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for in-person and virtual meetings. * Assist attorneys in preparation, organization, and coordination of specific projects. * Provide administrative support and assistance by calendaring and performing various clerical duties. * Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: * 5+ years' litigation experience (strongly preferred) in a legal department or other professional services industry. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Team players are encouraged to apply. * Experience e-filing in federal courts (required). * High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively anticipate and identify attorney and project needs. * Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. * Self-motivation; initiative; a positive, professional, can-do attitude and approach; and the desire to think creatively and get things done effectively and efficiently. * Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and the willingness and interest to learn new and evolving systems and applications. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions. The estimated starting pay range is $24 - $39/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
