At the Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Responsibilities of the Project Controls Administrator role involve providing administrative assistance to the Manager of Project Integration in the following areas.
* Preparing internal and external memos, answering phones, fielding messages and maintaining calendars for staff.
* Preparing materials needed by staff for job sites and assisting with general administrative support, as required.
* Taking on miscellaneous administrative assignments as they occur, such as recording minutes from staff and safety meetings.
* Arranging all hands meetings and coordinating tours of the facilities by outside organizations.
* Maintaining effective communication within the organization and with the customer while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
* Interfacing with all levels of staff and management within the company.
* Understanding and complying with the project and company safe work practices.
* Preparing, coordinating input and approval, and publication of routine project controls reports.
* Preparing Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) WBS Dictionary and Basis of Estimate documents.
* Creating, routing, and obtaining approval of Work Authorization Documents.
* Maintaining the SharePoint site and providing recommendations for improvement.
* Support Project Controls Specialists with day-to-day activities.
* Provide entry-level cost and schedule support to assigned control account managers.
* Perform work in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner.
* Ability to work in a fast pace and demanding project environment.
Basic Qualifications
* Grade 6: High School Diploma OR GED plus 8 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Grade 7: High School Diploma OR GED plus 10 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience in non-technical editing of reports, letters and documents.
* Experience with Project Management principles and tools.
* Proficiency with SharePoint as a power user or administrator.
* Problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
* Grade 6: $46,450 - $74,300.
* Grade 7: $51,150 - $81,850.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
