Purpose:

Assist with the development, documentation and implementation of policies and procedures for protection of company assets and ensuring compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Department of Defense (DOD) security requirements.


Job Functions:

  • Assist in establishing and modifying policy, procedures and instructions for security.
  • Assist in developing and implementing aviation-related security awareness training programs.
  • Conduct security test and/or audits as required
  • Acts as a Certified Fingerprint Coordinator
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Cockpit Access Security System (CASS) and Known Crewmember Program (KCM).
  • Assist with employee badging and documentation in the database maintained on the safety drive.
  • Assist in conducting fingerprint based criminal history records checks (CHRC).
  • Assist with the performance of on-site audits of ATI's outstations to ensure basic compliance with security protocols.
  • Maintain company computer training program for security training
  • Conduct required TSA training program for security training
  • Maintain the company TSA No Fly Employees lists each week
  • Acts as an assistant Facility Security Officer
  • Act as alternate AOSC
  • Analyzes data systems to ensure compliance
  • Other Duties as assigned.


Position Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have or can get a government security clearance at the SECRET level
  • Shall have a valid passport or the ability to get one.
  • Detail oriented characteristics with an ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to work independently and use independent discretion and judgement.
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office software
  • Self-motivated, and the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Able to travel with little or no notice.


Preferred Job Skills:



  • Previous experience with corporate or government security programs
  • Associates or Bachelor degree in business


Physical Requirements:



  • Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Working at a height of 20 feet
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions (Station Observations)
  • Comply with ATI attendance requirements
  • Lifting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, climbing of stairs or ladders, balancing, reaching and handling
