WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Business Systems Analyst II: $63,000 - $73,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $75,000 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant I: $83,000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle including taking concise meeting notes, assisting in gathering and analyzing requirements and assisting with implementation.
- Build your understanding of the department's business processes, compliance, and workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily activities. May include administrative and production support.
- Assist with creation of test plans, test scripts, and performs manual or automated testing for enhancements, upgrades and on-going maintenance to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met.
- Communicate and present information effectively, both through written communications and verbally.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities.
- Understanding of the business and technical processes needed to meet/exceed business objectives including familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques, processes and tools.
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
