Overview Ceres Global is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter IV to lead strategic recruitment initiatives across our high-impact operational divisions. This role will play a critical part in attracting top talent for our Emergency Response, Construction, Forestry and Vegetative Management teams, ensuring we remain ready and equipped to meet both routine and crisis-driven environmental demands. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pipelines and passive outreach, to attract top talent for emergency response roles (e.g., crisis coordinators) and Heavy Equipment & Construction roles (e.g., CPA-certified Project Accountants, CDL drivers).
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment process for high-priority roles, ensuring effective collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- International Recruitment: Source international talent, including J1 Visa candidates, for emergency response and construction roles as needed.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage and persuade executive-level candidates, conduct holistic evaluations, and manage offer strategies as a liaison between candidates and leadership.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and job-specific requirements (e.g., CDL drivers, CPA certification, emergency response certifications), maintaining accurate documentation.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze recruitment analytics, hiring data, and interview outcomes to optimize hiring processes.
- Coaching & Training: Coach hiring managers on best practices, guide structured interviewing, and train interview panels for consistent evaluations.
- ATS Management: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to post jobs, optimize workflows, and generate reports; create and refine job descriptions and ads.
- Problem Solving: Address complex recruitment challenges and drive process improvements.
- Recruiting Projects: Manage recruiting projects, such as internship programs, as needed by the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of strategic recruiting experience, with a focus on high-priority and specialized roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business from an accredited university is required.
- Core Competencies:
- Expertise in recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning for emergency response and construction industries.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and job-specific requirements (e.g., CDL drivers, CPA certification, emergency response certifications).
- Proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and engaging executive-level candidates.
- Skills:
- Expertise in creating job descriptions, ads, and sourcing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ability to coach hiring managers and guide structured interviews.
- Capability to solve complex challenges and improve processes.
- Brand and EVP awareness to represent Ceres Global's mission.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed.
- Familiarity with field roles and surge hiring in emergency response and Heavy Equipment & Construction.
- Experience with international recruitment or J1 Visa processes is a plus.
- Certifications such as LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiting, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or GPHR is required.
Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for handling recruitment materials or devices. The employee may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., event setup materials). Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision for reviewing documents and driving to sites. The employee may need to navigate uneven terrain or wear safety gear during site visits. Physical demands may vary by site. Work Environment The Recruiter IV will balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment, collaborating closely with hiring managers, leadership, and field teams. The role requires flexibility for site visits and non-standard hours. During occasional visits to emergency response or construction locations, the employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, moderate to loud noise, dust, or safety protocols in disaster zones. Office-based work is performed in a standard environment with minimal hazards.
