Introduction:

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the execution and delivery of complex technology solutions programs within a cross-functional environment. This role focuses on driving innovation and incubation efforts, ensuring successful product development from design to market launch. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with executive leadership to align priorities, manage risks, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple internal teams. This role is critical to advancing the company's product innovation and incubation strategy, directly influencing the trajectory of new solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/CV solutions, managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, high-quality deployment.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • KPIs: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reporting: Provide executive-level status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and necessary actions to key stakeholders.
  • Process Tooling: Leverage acumen in program management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) to track progress, manage risks, and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Professional Development: Promote continuous learning and improvement in program management across teams.
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams involved in the program.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of functional experience, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of Program Management experience in a tech company, focused on AI/CV solution delivery
  • Proven ability to align business strategy with program execution and influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong experience in process development, project management, and driving improved outcomes
  • Ability to lead complex programs through ambiguity, with a high sense of ownership and urgency
  • Expertise in AI/CV solutions, embedded systems, and related technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other project management tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Critical thinking with the ability to evaluate complex strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen
  • Experience in driving solutions from development to production, ensuring on-time and quality delivery
