Marketing Program Executive

Hybrid role based out of Peoria. Position will rotate from Methodist College and Proctor Hospital.

This is a senior position of the marketing and communications team and is responsible for the marketing and promotion of all student recruitment campaigns, increasing awareness of the College and programs opportunities at Methodist College and Carle Health. This role will be a member of the enterprise marketing team but will partner very closely with Methodist College leadership, faculty and staff.

• Communicates Methodist College's long-term positioning for prospective students and ensures that individual marketing strategies/advertising efforts meet those goals.
• Develops ideas and oversees content for web pages for each client; Liaises with digital communications team to prioritize and sequence development
• Develops promotional efforts of the marketing plan, work with internal staff to develop advertising plans and produce advertising elements
• Helps develop the annual strategic business plan and develops the marketing plan including budgets and assists in the accomplishment of business objectives.
• Generates innovative ideas, challenges traditional ways of thinking and approaches to work problems.
• Keeps clients apprised of significant market/industry trends of special concern to them.
• Present creative materials and concepts to clients.
• Provides marketing consulting services to all account management groups.
• Collaborates with copywriting team, and writes, when necessary, various promotional materials (newsletters, ads, brochures, public relations, consumer education, internal communications, internet web pages).
• Partner with Carle Foundation Philanthropy leader to develop routine communication for alumni engagement
• Assist with materials development for alumni/ donor events, partner with Chancellor to develop content for Alumni updates.
• Plan and execute the social media strategy, content and calendar for Methodist College in partnership with the system social media and public relations team.
• Manage Methodist College advertising budget and implement campaigns to align with marketing strategy.
