Project Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day project operations and task coordination
• Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, trackers, meeting notes, action logs, and compliance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project deliverables
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for audits, investigations, and compliance assessments
• Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support the development and refinement of workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and templates
• Participate in regular project meetings and follow up on action items
• Ensure adherence to CMS contract requirements, quality assurance standards, and documentation protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting federal programs, preferably in healthcare, compliance, or program operations
• Experience supporting CMS, HHS, or similar federal clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/task management tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
