Pay Range USD $113,000.00 - USD $126,000.00 /Yr. Overview The David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, with a start date of September 2025 or January 2026 (negotiable). This position is based at our Potsdam, NY campus. * Research - Clarkson University is a Carnegie-classified R2 research university. Faculty are expected to pursue an active research agenda that leads to peer-reviewed journal publications, conference presentations, and engagement with relevant professional healthcare management associations. * Teaching - The successful candidate will teach online and in-person healthcare management courses in areas such as health policy, epidemiology, management, and health informatics. Primary teaching responsibilities will be within the Healthcare MBA, MS in Clinical Leadership, and MS in Healthcare Data Analytics programs, with potential for additional undergraduate teaching dependent upon coverage needs. Responsibilities Teach 5 courses per year. Qualifications Candidates must hold an earned doctorate in healthcare management or a related discipline. ABD candidates near completion will be considered. Quality teaching and scholarship is necessary for tenure and promotion. Experience with CAHME accreditation and AUPHA membership is considered of high value. Experience with teaching online is considered highly desirable as is having prior professional experience in healthcare.
