Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with a passion for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and architecture development? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your strategic mindset and self-starter attitude can make a significant impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and provide the Government with data-driven systems engineering, process engineering, and technical analysis support. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the Government navigate through evolving challenges and chart the way forward.

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Systems Engineering: Utilize your expertise in MBSE to develop and implement robust systems engineering solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Engineering: Analyze and optimize engineering processes to ensure seamless integration and operation within the Government's framework.
  • Technical Analysis Support: Conduct thorough technical analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must Possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph
  • High School Diploma or GED plus eighteen (18) years of general systems engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of ten (10) years of general systems engineering experience

Desired

  • High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of twenty (20) years of general systems engineering experience, OR
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of eighteen (18) years of general systems engineering experience.

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
