Position Purpose
The Storeroom Coordinator works under minimal supervision, performing cost effective storeroom inventory control activities including cycle counting, tracking parts usage, monitoring inventory levels, parts/supplies research, cost controls and daily shipping/receiving/stocking of incoming inventory. This position also performs ordering and purchasing functions for production/bottling maintenance and assigned activities/departments.
Functional Responsibility
Essential Duties
- Performs weekly cycle counts, corrects, and reports variances, purchasing of supplies, and inventoried spare parts for the assigned storeroom and satellite storage locations
- Monitors, documents, and inspects all storeroom parts and equipment checked out and returned
- Researches out of stock and/or high priority parts and equipment; ensuring deadlines are met and optimal pricing is achieved
- Researches, contacts, and solicits pricing from new/alternate sources to improve lead times, quality/reliability and reduce costs
- Identifies stocked items in the inventory that are no longer needed and notifies manager for next steps
- Ships and receives storeroom parts including data entry, verification, and associated filing
- Maintains physical labeling and barcodes for all stocked parts
- Ensures accuracy of inventory item and quantities in the CMMS program
- Closes Purchase Orders and forwards to Accounts Payable for payment; prepares supply requisition orders
- Makes appropriate purchases and submits expense reports to support those purchases
- Responsible for processing, reconciling, and entering data into Esker on all incoming invoices
- Ensures stocked items are inventoried and restocked per established procedures
- Coordinates and maintains ISO controlled records including CoAs, updated inspections and orchestratingthe calibration of equipment with vendors
- Utilizes Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and SAP Esker applications to process required documentation
- Performs and records in CMMS work orders related to Fall Protection annualinspections
- Maintains all "Right to Know" stations
- Collaborates with supervisor/manager to insure parts needed for work orders are present when needed
- Participates in weekly work planning meetings for maintenance department
- Manages acquisition of supplies as needed, including chemicals, tools, safety equipment and consumables
- Monitors and manages inventory levels of repair parts, spares, and supplies
- Picks up emergency parts as required
Specific to Production Maintenance:
- Measures and reports the level of diesel and gasoline at the storage/ dispensing tanks

Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Shipping and Receiving or a comparable combination of work experience and education
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and customer's organizations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of SAP and Maintenance Management Software
Certificates and Licenses
- Forklift certification preferred

- Manufacturing plant/production floor environment
- Required to drive automotive vehicle or equipment
- Indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to the elements/temperature variations

The pay range for this position is $18.46 to $28.86. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
