Knowledge Manager Hybrid Ft Meade Pay From: $130,000/Yr MUST Knowledge Manager Active Secret or TS required Certifications : 8570 IAT Level I certification required 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals required Experience in Implementing data integration with various sources like SharePoint lists, and Excel workbooks to include the possibility of SQL servers or Dataverse Apps. Use Power App functions, SharePoint List, or Microsoft Groups to manage views for different customers within the same application. Utilize Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to integrate Power Apps with other business processes and automate workflows. Experience in Develop training materials for administrators and instructors on the SPO features and functions. Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. DUTIES The Knowledge Manager provides technical support and engineering activities to develop and maintain knowledge management functions in a knowledge management SharePoint site(s). Applicants must reside within a commutable distance of Fort George G. Meade, MD in order to work a hybrid onsite schedule. A current DoD Secret clearance is required. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional Power Apps designs. Create Canvas Power Apps with intuitive user interfaces. Utilize various Power Apps features like formulas, controls, and data connections to build dynamic applications. Implement data integration with various sources like SharePoint lists, and Excel workbooks to include the possibility of SQL servers or Dataverse. In design and development of the solution, document the steps taken to provide documented standard operating procedures on each role from the customer user, admin team user, and a developer design document. Thoroughly test Power Apps to ensure functionality, data integrity, and user experience, performing debugging and troubleshooting as needed. Deploy Power Apps to production environments, manage updates, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users. Implement appropriate security measures to control user access and data privacy within PowerApps. Use Power App functions, SharePoint List, or Microsoft Groups to manage views for different customers within the same application. Utilize Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to integrate Power Apps with other business processes and automate workflows. Additional Responsibilities: Assist in developing the knowledge management capability to support various functions including task management, engineering action tracking, test management and status, CM, and general file storage. Maintain the knowledge management tool(s) in order to create and to structure portals necessary to display, to disseminate, and to keep current knowledge and information in the most efficient and use-able format for the program and product management team, DISA leadership and DoD customers. Assist in maintaining release notes, functional deltas, installation guides, upgrade guides, migration guides, administration guides, user guides, training, and quality assurance plans and results as well as any other pertinent documentation relevant to EM programs, projects, and work activities.
