Location: Manitowoc, WI

Salary: Minimum starting at $20.00/hour

Work Environment: Manufacturing

Schedule: 1st shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) Monday - Friday with occasional overtime

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fabrication Technician II - Saw Operator to support our manufacturing plant in Manitowoc, WI. The primary responsibilities include operating various steel and aluminum saws, ensuring precision cuts, and maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate saws to cut materials to required length or shape
  • Adjust stop gauges, mandrels, and blade angles for precise cuts
  • Interpret shop order packets and work reports
  • Train new technicians and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and report concerns to leadership


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow safety procedures
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills and good housekeeping habits
