We are looking for a temporary accounts payable specialist to manage invoice processing and vendor statements in our Iselin, NJ office.This position is a temporary position with the potential to convert to full time after 6 months. Responsibilities: Process invoices and payments accurately and timely. Verify and reconcile vendor statements. Maintain accounts payable records and files. Assist with month-end closing activities. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The expected salary for this position is X-X. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills. If a requisition is being posted in multiple locations with pay transparency requirements, an individual salary range by state should be included.
