Almac Group is currently seeking a Production Manager for our Audubon, PA location. The Production Manager is a key operational leadership role within the Pharma Services Business. The role will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of business unit KPI's through leading the day-to-day efforts on the production floor and providing direct leadership to operations staff and supervision. The role will be directly responsible for the management of production staff in Audubon.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Drive schedule execution on the production floor to deliver high quality batches on time. Utilize shift supervisors, production coordinators, line leads and operators to achieve delivery targets
  • Ensure effective key performance indicators measuring the performance of the Packaging function are kept, maintained and in line with departmental objectives and Almac Pharma Services strategy. Such KPI's will include downtime; set-up, run time and reconciliation times, labor hours, and material usage.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPS and applicable SOPs for all operations staff. Ensure the training compliance and readiness of all operational staff.
  • Lead the production team in a professional manner and contribute and serve as a key leader within the Audubon site.


Required Education:
Associate's degree
Preferred Education :
Bachelor's / Master's Degree


Required Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years in a production or maintenance environment
  • Pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry experience
  • Supervisory experience
