Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved Provides technical service support for customers, distributors, and 3rd party support resources. Helps with product support problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting and best approach resolution activities. Escalates issues to the appropriate team resource as needed to ensure customer expectation are exceeded. Supports other division functional teams as needed. Participate in Technical Support phone and email queues. Supports parts lookup and documentation requests. Issues RMAs for product returns. Develops and maintains application knowledge and product expertise. Escalates issues to senior technical team members as needed. Utilizes Parker databases to document inquiries and support complaints. Provides priority response and experience for "key account" support issues EDUCATION: High School degree requirement EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years experience supporting filtration and gas generation products or applications Honoring commitments. Ability to handle pressure and manage crisis situations. SKILLS: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal required. Proficiency with computers required. Experience with CRM systems and Filemaker database preferred. 5+ Years Experience with compressed air systems, filtration, and/or gas generation products.
