The R&D Resident Engineer is based in the BRP Juarez assembly plant and is the main communication channel between R&D and Operations departments (Quality, Industrial & Mechanical Engineering, Production and Planning). His main role is to lead problem solving activities and ensure proper communication and follow-up on all product related issues from the assembly line. This is a thrilling experience to enhance your visibility in BRP. You will be in the beating heart of the company with a huge impact on the day to day operations.
