This role will support accounting functions with a focus on addressing and analyzing financial hygiene related issues. In this role you will work alongside our corporate accounting team while supporting our technical engineers and scientists, while gaining real world accounting and financial hygiene experience in a professional consulting environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Review projects for financial hygiene issues.
  • Coordinate the efforts to resolve financial hygiene issues.
  • Assist in the responses to internal stakeholders regarding financial hygiene issues.
  • Perform other clerical functions, as required.


Education and Licensure

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). (required)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program focused on Accounting, Finance or Business in at least the second year of studies or enrolled in a CPA or Master's degree program. (required)


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain motivated even when performing repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on skills leveraging Excel for complex task, including creating and manipulating pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
