Sayres is seeking an experienced Test Operations Support Analyst III with a current SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS, located in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

In support of the Shipbuilding program, the Test operations Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:



  • Direct program management support to the Program Manager for a ship building program, overseeing the operations of the Acquisition Logistics Program. This includes supervising the day-to-day activities of support service contractors across multiple contracts.
  • Manage and contribute directly to the development of key logistics acquisition documents, such as the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Class Maintenance Plan (CMP), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plan, and the Manning Estimate Report (MER), along with other milestone decision documents for the EPF Program.


Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates



  • NAVSEA Shipbuilding experience.
  • 10 years of DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business.
  • Project management Professional (PMP) or DAU Program Manager equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (preferred)
  • Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
