Description and Requirements

Are you ready to shape the future of visual technology at one of the world's leading IT companies? Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead our Visuals (Computer Monitors) portfolio across North America. This high-impact role blends product strategy, competitive analysis, and operational excellence to drive growth in our Consumer and Commercial product lines (Lenovo, Legion & ThinkVision).

Organization:

You will be a part of the North America Category (4Ps) Organization, reporting to the Director of N.Amer Category Visuals and will work closely in cooperation with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, WW Product Development Team, and extended organizations. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings, as well as regularly present to executives & GMs across several internal business unit GMs and external executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You are a critical member of the 4P's team for the Computer Monitor business in North America, across all customer segments
  • You own the designated product portfolio end-to-end from market introduction through EOL
  • You function as the face of the product brand at key in-person and virtual events
  • You collaborate with the sales teams to prepare product offerings, price setting, inventory management and promotions
  • You support and influence the product portfolio strategy to grow market share while optimizing profitability
  • You lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing internal KPIs and external market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • You prepare quarterly planning in cooperation with the internal and channel business management teams
  • You develop accurate forecasts at both the portfolio and product level, optimizing lifecycle planning and minimizing transition risk
  • You determine market needs through participation in Sales & Customer Engagements, you recommend and position appropriate existing products to customers and share VOC & product gaps to the product development organization


Basic Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, business analytics, category management, or a related field within technology and/or consumer electronics
  • 6+ years of experience interpreting data, generating actionable insights, and driving business outcomes
  • Advanced Excel and PowerBI proficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven success applying analytics to solve product, pricing, and go-to-market challenges
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with strategic planning and process improvement
  • Strong executive presentation skills for both internal and external
  • Master's Degree
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $120,000- $160,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
