Job Description:
Job Title: Technology Management Lead Location:New York, New York Overview We are looking for a highly skilledreliability engineerto provide critical support for the Rates desk with their trading and risk applications.In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of real-time trading systems by applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. You will engage directly with Traders, Strats, and Development teams to optimize trading workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in both processes and the environment. The role is ideal for a problem solver who can thrive under pressure, balance technical ability with business acumen, and communicate effectively with the trading desks. The team follows technology policies for change, incident, and problem management with roles and responsibilities clearly defined. You will ensure that support procedures and activities are diligently followed and suitably documented. As a member of the team, you will also ensure applications are maintained and monitored to provide a stable environment for all users. You will help develop and mentor junior team members to foster an engineering culture that seeks to automate and reduce manual effort to minimize risk and costs. What we'll offer you:

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired in this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York is $125,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
