Work Environment and Physical Demands: The work is completed outside at the construction site or customer facility, and can include renovating occupied facilities such as hospitals, labs, nursing homes, etc. Located in an environment with regular exposure to fumes or odors. Often exposed to sounds and loud noises, such as construction equipment. The job requires the use of designated personal protective equipment when on the construction site. Temperatures and conditions may vary depending on the weather and seasons. While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and must be able to talk and hear others talking. The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
