What does the Content Customer Story Teller & Public Relations Manager do? Including but not limited to:

The Content Customer Storyteller & Public Relations Manager is a unique and pivotal role that bridges the gap between our brand and our audience. This position is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that highlight customer experiences, while also managing our public relations strategies to enhance our brand image and visibility.


Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities: including but not limited to:

Content Customer Storytelling:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that captures and shares authentic customer stories across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather insights and anecdotes that showcase their journey with our products/services.
  • Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine storytelling techniques and improve engagement.

Public Relations Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives.
  • Manage crisis communication and ensure timely and effective responses to public inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, and public relations management.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Proficient in using content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
