Position Title: RTE Production Associate Wage: $18.50/Hour Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM (Monday - Friday) Join our team as a Production Worker and be at the heart of delivering high-quality, ready-to-eat products! In this essential role, you'll ensure food safety and product excellence by following strict GMP and HACCP standards while processing, packaging, and preparing materials with precision. RTE Production Associate Responsibilities: - Reports to assigned line at the start of the shift ready to work - Removes Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products from cooler or warehouse - Cuts RTE product with cheese slicing machine, de-linker, stick cutter or scissors - Places RTE product into unit packaging - May apply stickers by hand to packages - Places RTE product in a bag, caddy or/or case and puts on pallet - Moves finished pallet with pallet jack into warehouse Requirements For RTE Production Associate: - Stand, walk, reach, bend, 50-100% of shift - Lift up to 10-25lb occasionally and up to 50-100lbs rarely - Push/pull up to 50-75lbs - Must be able to use hands repetitively - Must be able to work in 35-40 degrees environments - Ability to tolerate the smell of raw meat, cheese, and various spices - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Able to be flexible and responsive to changing production needs - Knowledgeable on basic mathematical skills - Must be able to follow verbal and written directions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
