To Succeed, You Will Need:

  Ability to work 7:30pm-6:10am

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain 100% Billable Utilization.

  
  
• 
  

  Must enter daily Dayforce entrees for timesheet accuracy.

  
  
• 
  

  Must support production with Line Calls. (HMI, Riveting, Crimping, Roll-form, and SBMs)

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain a level of proficiency in repairing all tools used by Production.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be signed off on ALL HMI equipment.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to search SAP to order tools, replacement parts, SBMs, and all needed accessories.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to complete and train QC Techs on small repairs. (Balancers, Chuck kits, Mandrels, Pins kits, ST/STR Scanners, Small fixtures on tools)

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to search TVG information in MAPP.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to search and read DZA schematics for SBM Drawings.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to navigate BMW SharePoint to access all needed documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Complete all assigned CIA/CR. (Change documentation on BMW SharePoint)

  
  
• 
  

  Report and fill out Lost/Found Documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain HMI scheduled testing. (Red Light Prevention/Prevent Audit Findings)

  
  
• 
  

  Complete weekly preventative maintenance on (HMI)DC Tooling.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to support the Quality Technician position if needed. (Maintain Certification)

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to manually enter all Rivet/Crimping information into QS-Torque.

  
  
• 
  

  Must know how to function and test H83 spindles.

  
  
• 
  

  Document and Test New Tools. (NTVs)

  
  
• 
  

  Be up to date on all trainings and certifications. (Learning Link/NPPS)

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain scheduled PMs (Rivet, Pop Rivet, Marriage spindle, Console Carrier)

  
  
• 
  

  Must follow Site Flow and status flow in Spirit. (Bins accurate, Tools in correct status, Accurate quoting, Adding all parts to order)

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to navigate through Spirit and communicate any issues that may occur within the Site Flow.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to complete RA Request for Atlas tooling being sent out.

  
  
• 
  

  Any other function as deemed necessary by Management.

  
  
• 
  

  Must promote 6S and shop cleanliness.
