Automation Test Lead with Javascript and NodeJS (Onsite)
Onsite Location: Plano, TX

Qualifications
* 8-14 years of development and/or test automation experience
* Excellent programming skills in JavaScript/NodeJS
* 3-5 years of experience in Playwright, Selenium and any API test automation framework (REST Assured, Karate etc.).
* Knowledge of test automation design patterns and test automation framework development experience
* Develop continuous testing pipeline using Jenkins or other CI tools
* Develop QE vision and mission for enterprise quality engineering service
* Knowledge of test automation estimation and engagement models
* Strong leadership skills and good written and verbal communication

Roles & Responsibilities
* Crafting and implementing a comprehensive test automation strategy, including creating robust frameworks, selecting appropriate tools, defining best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle
* Manages the Automation Engineers, their workload and their pace.
* Develop a partnership with the Tech Lead, Quality Lead and the Development Manager and actively participates in all application design and architecture meetings.
* Evaluating the latest testing and technology tools, performing proof of concept of it and bringing the appropriate ones into the fold.
* Verifies that tools are maintained and updated appropriately.
* Performs Code reviews on unit, API, E2E and/or Application scripts and mentors TAD (Test Automation Developers) and Quality Analyst (scriptwriters) on technologies.
