Job Location: Texas City, Texas

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL to meet business needs and enhance user experience.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective software development.

* Implement robust and scalable applications that align with industry standards and best practices ensuring optimal performance and security.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends integrating innovative solutions to enhance the companys competitive edge.

* Optimize database performance and manage data integrity using SQL and MySQL ensuring efficient data handling and storage.

* Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with Angular JS enhancing the overall user experience and accessibility.

* Utilize Java and JavaScript to develop dynamic and responsive applications ensuring seamless functionality across various platforms.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Pharmacy Benefit Management requirements tailoring solutions to meet specific domain needs.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers supporting their professional growth and development.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies maintaining the integrity and security of software solutions.

* Contribute to the companys mission by developing impactful software solutions that improve healthcare delivery and benefit society. Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

* 9 + years of hands-on experience in Java core, Spring boot development, with a strong understanding of advanced Java concepts, demonstrate proficiency in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL showcasing a strong technical foundation.

* Possess in-depth knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management, applying domain expertise to develop relevant and effective solutions.

* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges efficiently.

* Show strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

* Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies ensuring continuous professional growth.

* Demonstrate experience in hybrid work environments balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively.

* Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within stipulated timelines.
