Overview
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process for technical roles across different position type (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time/direct hire, etc.). This position will be responsible for finding and hiring qualified candidates for positions in the corporate structure including, but not limited to, information technology/information services, business analytics, technical support, leadership, and corporate support. Daily activities involve interaction with a wide variety of individuals within Concentra, as well as active and passive candidates. The position should influence positive behavior in others by serving as a role model in critical areas of human interaction, teamwork and leadership. This position is expected to work effectively with all employees, i.e. management and supporting departments, to promote effective recruitment strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and to foster a work environment that demonstrates respect and understanding for diversity.
Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements (i.e. education, experience, technical competencies, travel and/or relocation requirements). |

Provide guidance to corporate leadership on best practices for interviewing and selection of talent. |

Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates. |

Identify and execute creative sourcing and outreach strategies for passive talent. |
|

Source, recruit, and pre-screen talented and diverse candidates for a variety of skill sets and multiple positions, to include contract to perm and permanent placement opportunities. |

Assess candidates to determine whether their capabilities match job requirements. |
|

Identify and utilize recruiting resources to build an applicant pipeline that drives diversity. |

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration and minimize reliance on outside staffing support. |

Utilize industry knowledge to partner with hiring managers and leadership with a consultative approach to drive the recruiting process, impact hiring decisions, and secure talent. |

Determine job offer details, prepare, and extend offers to internal and external hires. |

Accurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system. |

Develop and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports to hiring managers, internal customers, or recruiting leadership as needed. |

Monitor/audit job requisition and candidate files and track applicant flow. |

Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, peers, and candidates. |

Actively participate and contribute to process improvement strategies and projects within the recruiting team as well as the human resources and information systems teams. |

* |
Manage competing priorities and sourcing needs, while maintaining effective organization, communication, and timely follow up to all stakeholders. |

Qualifications
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Customarily has at least five years of recruiting for technical roles. Job-Related Skills/Competencies * Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility * Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions * Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism * The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Well organized, detail oriented, and has the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. * Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers and senior level management. * Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.). General Human Resources knowledge and understanding of common recruiting metrics.
