Your role and responsibilities
You are responsible for the successful implementation of strategic projects such as the implementation of a new product platform within IEC LV Motors division across multiple factories and product lines globally. You will make sure that projects and workstreams under your responsibility are properly staffed and executed within the agreed scope and time and delivering the expected benefits. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors division globally. Location for the role is global - we accept applications worldwide. You will be mainly accountable for: *Establishing and leading strategic projects to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives across multiple product lines and regions *Ensuring necessary sub-projects and workstreams to implement a new product platform are identified, properly staffed and executed with clear objectives and right sense of urgency *Driving timely decisions on portfolio, design, and operational matters to maximize financial and strategic benefits of the new platform *Overseeing definition and execution of ramp-up / ramp-down strategies in and across regional hubs to minimize obsolescence of finished goods and components and avoid negative impact on customer service levels *Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and leading regular steering committee meetings to align on progress and key decisions *Proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks and removal of roadblocks to ensure smooth program execution and avoid any disruption to ours or our customer's business *Monitoring program performance and tracking business case realization, delivering regular updates to management.
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading large, complex projects or programs in cross-functional environments.
- Hands-on project management experience.
- Past experiences in operations, R&D or product management is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent prioritization abilities, strong resilience under pressure, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across disciplines.
- Ability to communicate across all functions and levels, including C-level stakeholders.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear insights for executive audiences.
- Solid understanding of low-voltage motor business.
- Fluent English language skills.
