This position reports to

Division Portfolio Manager, MOIM

Your role and responsibilities

As a strategic pricing manager, you will develop and execute pricing strategies that support our business objectives, drive profitability, and enhance competitive positioning. You will collect and analyze global pricing data, monitor market trends, and assess the effectiveness of current pricing models. By aligning prices with customer value, competitive dynamics, and cost considerations, you will ensure optimal pricing decisions across product lines and regions. Additionally, you will establish pricing guidelines, manage exceptions, and support sales teams with value-based selling tools and insights.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors division globally. Location for the role is global - we accept applications worldwide
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Global Pricing Data & Intelligence: Establishes a sustainable process to collect and maintain global pricing data and competitive intelligence for own and competitor products.
*Pricing Strategy & Analysis: Analyzes current pricing strategies and trends, assesses their impact on key metrics, and proposes actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
*Strategic Price Positioning: Develops value-based pricing strategies aligned with product line and divisional goals, considering competition and profitability.
*Governance & Guidelines: Sets pricing guidelines, manages exceptions, and ensures proper internal transfer pricing to optimize global operations.

Qualifications for the role
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B price management in industry. Pricing certification would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of LV motors, LV Motors markets, customer needs and portfolio
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Deep expertise with state-of-the-art pricing methods and tools.
  • Strong results orientation and analytical thinking (create insights from complex and scattered data)
  • Ability to develop strong international network within the organization and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Capability to lead without authority and get buy-in from organization to achieve business targets
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
