Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 7-4pm Hybrid schedule after 60-days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: Depending on Experience What are we looking for? Someone who has invested time into their career. Three (3) years of development and experience in an enterprise IT environment. You've got some sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS. Exposure to Active Directory. Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware is NO challenge to you! Excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting internal and external customers. Customer service skills are sharp! Self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal/written communication skills. Nice to haves. Bachelors in IT or a related field. You have some exposure to hyper converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware. Exposure to server virtualization. Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS. Experience with ITIL. What's In It For You? Weekly generous Pay!
