GTM Operations and Analytics Senior Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, GTM Operations and Analytics reports to the VPGM GTM Strategy & Global Operating Model and is responsible for the overall operational excellence of the Kontoor's Go-To-Market process from calendared Strategic Direction (day 0) through Line Freeze and SMS Creation to enable the commercial front-end business strategy. This role leads Kontoor's Go-To-Market (GTM) KPI development, management and analytics efforts for Wrangler and Lee brands to drive competitive speed and efficiency. This role advances information transparency and data integrity that supports process adherence, performance tracking and, continuous improvement efforts across a broad cross-functional team of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking the portfolio of KPIs that insure process adherence, process performance, risks, opportunities, and timely and consistent decision inside the defined RACI process framework for GTM
  • Gathers analyzes, determines root cause, and reports on seasonal KPIs to govern the GTM process
  • Collaborates and integrates with the KTB D&A teams and IT as needed to deliver a transparent and effective KPI dashboard for the Kontoor organization
  • Facilitates feedback and process improvement discussions as part of an effective oversite meeting cadence and escalates issues as needed
  • Manages continuous improvement process (utilizing calendar performance metrics and other KPIs) to identify opportunities to optimize process (drive speed/efficiency/quality) across ONE Kontoor Way of Working
  • Additionally, this role will periodically be tasked with supporting VPGM in strategic analysis and business case development activities in support of Global Operating Model initiatives

  • Strategic and analytical out-of-the-box thinker who challenges the status quo for optimal results
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills with adept ability to influence leaders and drive alignment
  • Solid organization skills to delegate, multi-task to prioritize meeting deadlines, follow-through to achieve set objectives
  • Excellent negotiating and influence skills needed to manage cross functional teams up/down/peer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, in Business, Operations, Project Mgmt or Fashion Merchandising a plus
  • Extensive Apparel experience with knowledge in Operations/Project management, GTM calendar management and product lifecycle processes/systems, and/or Management Consulting
  • Ability to manage non-direct reporting teams effectively through RACI/Influence; excellent conflict management capabilities
