Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator Supply Chain plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence by providing essential administrative support to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. This dynamic position involves maintaining audit readiness, managing training, and overseeing document control and certifications for current and future initiatives. The ideal candidate will operate independently, applying standard procedures and adeptly navigating non-routine situations with minimal supervision. A high level of discretion, accountability, and initiative is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Welcome visitors, manage food catering, track shoe expenditures, oversee locker management, and coordinate team meetings and travel arrangements.
* HR Functions: Process I-9s, assist with employee selection, maintain confidential employee files, manage new hire orientations, track attendance, and handle recognition submissions.
* Reporting: Generate weekly reports, create payroll queries, and handle monthly accruals and OSHA reporting.
* Finance Management: Utilize SAP for accounts payable, maintain capital project files, process bi-weekly payroll, manage the AMEX account, and oversee the supply budget.

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of three years in management-level administrative support.

Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Team player with a strong customer service focus.

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000- $60,000 base salary. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
