We are Hiring Full Time Patient Access Supervisor

The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the registration and admission of patients, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures. This role involves managing a team of patient access representatives, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the patient access team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure accurate and timely registration and admission of patients.
• Monitor compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve patient access issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline patient flow and improve service delivery.
• Train and develop staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient access or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
• Office setting within a healthcare facility.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Previous experience buffing, burnishing, stripping and/or waxing floors preferred
