Job Title: Post-Closing Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Post-Closer to join our Mortgage Post Closing Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage documentation and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring all mortgage loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards after closing. Key Responsibilities: * Review closed mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy * Ensure all required documents are present and properly executed * Verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements * Prepare and deliver final loan packages to investors or custodians * Track and resolve post-closing issues in a timely manner * Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing Qualifications: * 2-3 years of experience in mortgage post-closing or a related field * Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and compliance standards * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Proficiency in mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Why Join Us? * Competitive and negotiable weekly pay * Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunities for professional development and career growth Ready to Apply?
