*Job Description* * Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers * Educate customers on company's services * Build and maintain customer relationships * Negotiate pricing for customers * Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team * Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 6+ months of call center experience * 6 months of MS outlook experience can be from school/work * Must be able to send and respond to emails *Pay rate:* * $20-$21 - >6 months of call center/outbound exp. * $21-$22 - 1-2 years of call center/outbound call exp. * $23 - $24 - 2+ years specific outbound/collections rep *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
