*Seeking experienced customer service representatives who are looking for a career in finance! You will be supporting a leading independent global asset management firm who offers career advancement, structured training, and licensing pathways.*
*Description* * Support investors by processing transaction requests, answering online account inquiries, and guiding decisions based on account goals. * Handle account transactions over the phone, including purchases, redemptions, and exchanges. * Assist investors in navigating and troubleshooting issues on the website or online platform. * Deliver clear, goal-oriented service to ensure a seamless investor experience across all touchpoints. *Skills & Qualifications* * Minimum 1 year in a customer-service oriented role (i.e. retail, food service, etc.) * Career-minded individuals with a strong work ethic and can self-manage * Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills, ability to show compassion, empathy & patience * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degrees preferred *Pay: *$21.00/HR (weekly pay) *Start Date: *June 2nd *Hours of Operation: *M-F 6:45am-4:15pm (Must be open to 6:45am, 7:00am, OR 7:15am start times) *Location: *Denver, CO 80206 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
