Picking Analyst, Aftermarket Picking Itasca, IL Wage Range: Summary: The Aftermarket Picking Analyst will support the Aftermarket Picking teams, Group and Team Leaders, and other members within the organization, and be responsible for managing several duties for the aftermarket parts picking/kitting department. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and maintain order filing system Data/entry record keeping for all transactions Submitting and maintaining IT Help ticket requests for entire department Maintaining all office supply inventory (including all packing materials) Answering phone calls and emails from Parts team members to provide order status, overnight shipping requests, and stock checks Program all parts department engine computers (ECMs) for orders Act as secretary in all parts department meetings Submit Advance Shipping Notices (ASN's) for customers Other duties as requested by management Requirements:* High School Diploma/ GED; or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience Tech savvy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with an ERP, ideally Epicor Knowledge of the automotive industry and/or inventory control systems Must be self-directed, motivated, and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Work well within a team environment.
