As a Temporary Senior People Business Partner (PBP) role you will partner directly with executive leaders and their teams to build a high-performance, feedback-rich culture, drive business outcomes, and support our people through key moments in the employee lifecycle. As a trusted advisor, the Senior PBP uses their deep knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, and data to influence and guide leadership in building intentional people practices to support the mission and vision of MCG.
