Sector Lead - Technology:

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Managing Director, the Sector Lead is accountable for developing relationships and leading high-performing teams in the Technology industry. This role develops and implements strategic plans to ensure exceptional client delivery, with a specific focus on social media and gaming. The Sector Lead anticipates industry trends, ensures operational excellence, and builds financial plans to exceed revenue and profitability targets while creating an environment where employees thrive.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Industry Expertise

  • Develop and implement sector-wide strategies aligned with client needs and technology market trends

  • Drive sector growth by engaging with C-suite and real estate executives and technology industry leaders

  • Stay at the forefront of technological developments, translating insights into innovative solutions

  • Present thought leadership to shape clients' vision and position the company for growth opportunities

Operational Excellence and Innovation

  • Ensure the delivery of world-class services that exceed client expectations in the technology sector

  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Achieve reference status with technology clients, demonstrating best-in-class service delivery

  • Partner with Solutions Development teams to support pursuits and provide operational input

Financial Performance and Business Growth

  • Take ownership of profit, loss, and growth for aligned technology accounts

  • Develop and present annual sector plans including key objectives, performance metrics, and growth strategies

  • Proactively manage budgets and identify new revenue opportunities across the technology sector

  • Drive profitability through effective resource allocation and strategic client investments

Team Development and Talent Management

  • Build and lead high-performing, diverse teams across multiple technology client-focused functions

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent for all key roles within the technology sector

  • Create and implement career development plans for direct reports

  • Manage team rotations proactively to avoid client disruption

  • Advance the firm's engagement practices through strategic talent planning.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in technology or related industries

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans for global, Fortune 500 technology companies

  • Extensive experience in hiring, training, and retaining large, diverse teams in technology-driven environments

  • Demonstrated success in budget management and driving financial performance in technology sector

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or post-graduate studies preferred

  • Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and influence others in technology-focused settings

Compensation varies by geography.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

200,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
