Exciting Opportunity: Facilities Manager!

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey across Pennsylvania? JLL is seeking a vibrant Facilities Manager to oversee 72 sites for our esteemed financial client. This isn't your average desk job - it's an adventure!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Check out some of your day:

  • Manage day-to-day operations per JLL MSA, including client interactions, local JLL support team, maintenance planning, reporting activities, and third-party management.
  • Oversee contracts for services such as snow removal, janitorial maintenance, landscaping, parking lot maintenance, and interior/exterior services.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL Management audit programs, site policies, procedures, and standard practices. Collaborate with the IFM team on alignment and delivery.
  • Manage staff (Coordinators, Engineers, contractors) and provide on-site support. Work with the Director of Facilities to prioritize tasks aligning with client/JLL goals.
  • Establish performance plans for direct reports, develop training programs, and ensure succession planning.
  • Conduct periodic site inspections, document findings, and ensure completion of scheduled PPMs and Reactive Work Orders within SLA timeframes.
  • Coordinate tenant service requests, manage incidents, and ensure compliance in critical environments.
  • Manage site-level finances, including billing, invoices, purchases, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Oversee Corrigo reactive work orders, meet with tenant representatives, and monitor system effectiveness.
  • Manage site-level goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with account objectives and continual compliance.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, discuss program changes, and work with the SFM/FM team on results/expectations. Develop and implement saving strategies as required.
  • Oversee site operating budget (OPEX and CAPEX), vendor agreements, inventory management, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Respond to emergency calls and snow events outside normal hours.

Who are we looking for?

Professionals with:

  • 5+ years of facilities/property management experience in financial institutions, preferably managing multiple retail banking sites
  • Strong strategic thinkers with the ability to prioritize, plan, and achieve short, medium, and long-term objectives
  • Individuals with a solid understanding of retail bank operations and back-office functions, including financial management and facility operations
  • Experienced managers capable of overseeing third-party vendors, technicians, and projects, with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Technical experts proficient in critical systems (e.g., emergency generators, UPS, HVAC, Life Safety systems), Building Management Systems, CMMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative leaders who can delegate effectively, empower team members, and build trust with both internal teams and client stakeholders

Pay $90,000+ depending on experience, with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift, with on-call required 24/7 for emergency response.
