We are hiring a Groundman at our Medford, OR operation. In this role, you'll perform general labor duties at the Ready Mix plant to maintain the ponds and grounds.

• Wage: $23.00 per hour
• Benefits: Full nonunion benefit package.

Major Job Responsibilities will include:

• Perform physically demanding duties to clean-up and maintain grounds (raking, shoveling, spreading, lifting, carrying).
• Operate loader to clean out ponds.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Help with maintenance on the plant.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years old.
• Proven experience performing physically demanding laborer duties.
• Experience operating a CAT loader or similar equipment.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions outside.
• Ability to walk on uneven ground and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to stoop, bend, lift, carry, push, pull for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with some overtime.
• Perform all work as directed by the plant management team.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, state and federal regulations.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
