Job Summary The Westfield Enterprise Legal Department is looking for a practical, business-minded attorney who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This Assistant General Counsel position (Group General Counsel) reports to the Deputy General Counsel Director and plays a critical role in advising on a broad range of legal matters that shape and support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with property and casualty insurance regulation. Additionally, in this dynamic role, you will serve as a legal partner to business units across the enterprise-supporting strategic objectives and providing counsel on matters that may include underwriting, product development, claims, bad faith, regulatory filings, rate and form submissions, reinsurance, distribution, and market conduct, depending on your areas of expertise. The scope of work will also extend beyond insurance to help support the broader legal team with matters that could include corporate policies, governance, tax, finance, employment law, litigation, contracts, and complex legal research.
