Job Summary

F3EA, Inc. is actively seeking a highly qualified J2 Intel Analyst to join our advanced training development team supporting elite-level military and interagency clients. This role is critical in shaping the fidelity and realism of training environments that prepare Special Operations Forces (SOF) and interagency personnel to operate effectively across multi-domain battlefields. The ideal candidate will possess deep operational knowledge of the intelligence community (IC), SOF operations, and aviation mission support and will leverage this expertise to design and deliver immersive, intelligence-driven training scenarios.

Role and Responsibilities

This position involves direct support to high-consequence training and mission rehearsal exercises where aircrew coordination, ISR-driven decision-making, and mission adaptation are trained under pressure. The candidate will author complex, layered threat environments using multi-source intelligence and construct scenario-based injects that challenge trainees to identify, analyze, and respond to rapidly evolving situations. Products must be authentic, dynamic, and functionally aligned with real-world threat models and decision points, providing maximum training value within simulator and hybrid (live/virtual) training formats.

Intelligence Scenario Design & Threat Narrative Development

  • Lead the design and authorship of multi-domain threat environments tailored to specific training objectives for rotary-wing SOF aviation crews, ground force elements, and interagency stakeholders.
  • Build out threat ecosystems including enemy force structures, personalities, networks, motivations, capabilities, and strategic objectives to drive trainee analysis and decision-making.
  • Construct full-cycle scenario frameworks incorporating shaping phases, operational dilemmas, mission disruption events, and end-state assessments.
  • Ensure intelligence scenario elements are directly tied to training goals such as mission planning, air-ground coordination, time-sensitive targeting, ISR asset utilization, and reaction to unexpected threat changes.

Intelligence Product Generation

  • Develop a range of intelligence injects designed to simulate classified and open-source feeds, including but not limited to:
    1. Tactical Reports (TACREPs) reflecting ISR collection and force contact
    2. Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) derived from HUMINT debriefs
    3. SIGINT intercepts and pattern of life summaries
    4. Geospatial and IMINT analysis tailored to terrain of operations
    5. OSINT-based social media feeds, message traffic, and cultural overlays
    6. Comprehensive target packages including named areas of interest, biometric data, communications patterns, and behavioral indicators

Simulator & System Integration

  • Work in concert with software developers and simulator technicians to embed injects into existing simulation architectures and training devices, ensuring all scenario logic aligns with system capabilities and training timelines.
  • Leverage AI-assisted scripting tools (where available) to enable adaptive scenario evolution and decision-tree outcomes based on user inputs and performance.
  • Ensure all intelligence data aligns with the simulated airspace, terrain database, and mission parameters.

Red Cell Operations & Adversary Role Support

  • Serve as a Red Cell planner and executor for training events by modeling OPFOR behaviors, employing hybrid warfare tactics, and simulating adaptive adversary decision-making.
  • Maintain detailed adversary doctrine files and regularly update scenario frameworks to reflect evolving global threat environments.
  • During training events, serve in role-play functions, simulating intelligence updates, false flags, or adversary actions to stimulate scenario pressure and student response.
  • Inject realistic and layered enemy communications, tactical movements, propaganda, and disinformation campaigns to increase operational complexity.

Debriefing, Analysis & After-Action Support

  • Conduct structured intelligence debriefs using scenario recordings, inject logs, and participant decision timelines to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Provide mission commanders, instructors, and training evaluators with intelligence-centric analysis of student performance, including ability to fuse data, assess intent, and act decisively.
  • Recommend scenario enhancements based on gaps observed during training execution or feedback from instructors and participants.
  • Participate in iterative scenario design cycles to continuously improve training relevance and threat fidelity.

Supervisory Responsibilities

    6. Exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage multiple simultaneous scenario threads and inject chains.
    7. Capable of working independently under minimal supervision and interfacing confidently with government clients and training evaluators.
