Senior Marketing Coordinator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and similar procurements in the requested formats (e.g. SF 330). Coordinate with in-house staff, proposed team members, subconsultants and posting entities as appropriate to ensure complete and compliant responses that are delivered on time
• Lead top pursuits by managing proposal strategy, content development and coordination with pursuit teams to produce compelling and compliant submittals
• Identify and reinforce winning messages and strategies in all marketing deliverables
• Lead, coordinate and manage the production of proposals, presentations and marketing collateral
• Proofread and edit technical and non-technical pursuit documents for accuracy, clarity and consistency
• Develop interview materials such as PowerPoint presentations, boards and leave-behinds
• Create project descriptions and resumes by interviewing project personnel and reviewing existing documentation; perform other writing and editing assignments as needed
• Assist fellow Marketing Coordinators by performing quality control checks, providing style and grammar edits and verifying data provided in proposals
• Provide updates and corrections to the marketing database (VantagePoint CRM) for information used in proposals and other marketing materials
• Assist with competitor analysis, selection panel profiling and conducting web research
• Maintain the Vanir brand throughout all deliverables
• Assist the marketing manager/director with corporate initiatives as needed, contributing to strategic marketing efforts across the company
• Train new staff by providing onboarding support, mentoring and guidance on best practices, procedures and tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-6 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM software.
• Superior writing skills, including the ability to craft a story in a compelling manner.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills and a desire to learn constantly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desire to collaborate with senior-level technical staff and marketing peers.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$87,000.00 .
