Technical Services Manager (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Duties: Coordinate with bidding and estimating to provide a technical submission review and integration with pricing effort on all design-build projects. Manage the Lane Survey Department. Manage Lane temporary construction works. Provide BIM for project estimating. Deploy Bentley bid item level takeoff solution. Implement prioritization mechanism for temporary construction works. Perform other estimating/engineering duties as assigned.

Job Site: Charlotte, NC.

Travel: Position is for roving employee who will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. according to business need. Less than 10 percent of time spent travelling to project sites and company offices throughout the US.
