Rehabilitation Services at Corewell Health are designed to help our patient population get back to the activities they enjoy. We treat every age, from adolescence throughout the life cycle.

Rehabilitation Center, South Boulevard, Rochester Hills

We offer a large, diverse staff that have a wide range of skills. Our therapists work to help create a unique plan of care to achieve patient goals. Working in collaboration with the patient, and their provider, our rehabilitation teams recommend exercises, and finding the right tools to relieve pain, helping to avoid future injuries.

This position is a Supervisor Position in a high volume, fasted pace Outpatient PT/OT clinic. This position is located in an Adult OP clinic located in Region B. This position also has patient care responsibilities.

Scope of work

Assumes shift accountability for supervising and coordinating the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the rehabilitation services. Performs the duties of licensed Physical Therapists, or Occupational Therapists as appropriate. Assists with development of policies, procedures, and processes in coordination with leaders to ensure the highest quality services are delivered at the right time at all times to all customers. Key responsibilities include assisting with the following: goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, policy and procedure development and interpretation, human resource development, performance improvement and maintenance of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the appropriate field of rehabilitation (Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy) Required.
  • Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 1+ year of related clinical experience Required.
  • MI Physical Therapist (PT) Required.
  • NB-COT Occupational Therapist, registered (OTR) Required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
