Your role and responsibilities

ABB Inc. is seeking an executive assistant to support US Country Holding Officer and Drive Products Global President, both based in New Berlin, WI. This role will perform a wide variety of project-oriented duties, some of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid. #LI-Hybrid
This role supports two Executive Leaders in the Electrification and Motion Business Units.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Act as a primary point of contact/liaison for US CHO/CFO's and Global Drive Products President based in New Berlin, WI, leading and supporting various projects managed by the US CHO/CFO, including extensive collaboration with Legal, Tax, HR, Treasury, Communications, and Information Service teams.
*Support executive-level communication efforts to include drafting announcements and company-wide messaging.
*Establish and coordinate business meetings, management team meetings and other events as requested. This includes planning logistics, catering, invitations, and related components at or below the established budget. Maintain calendars, accurately and timely, exercising judgment in coordinating meetings and making appointments that include attendees who are internal and external to the company.
*Arrange domestic and international travel according to policies and guidelines, including booking transportation, lodging and other logistics as necessary for a single traveler or coordination of multiple travelers. Also prepares and submits expense reports, timely, ensuring expense reports conform to policies and guidelines.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience in an executive administrative support role OR High School diploma 3-4 years' work experience in an executive administrative support role
  • Strong computer skills required, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and calendar management. SAP ERP experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with analytical and project management skills; an aptitude for numbers, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Experience with and ability to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Corporate experience, preferably in finance function
  • Must be currently authorized to legally work for ABB in the US
